Preface This standard is based on the European Community Standard EN IO57: 1996 (Copper and copper alloys-Seamless round copper water pipes and copper gas pipes for sanitary and heating installations”, ASTM B88M: 1996 “Seamless steel water pipes” and JIS H 3300: 1997 (Copper and copper alloy pipes”, and formulated according to national conditions. Compared with foreign standards, the main technical differences of this standard are as follows:
① Two grades of T2 and TP2 are specified, while ENIO57 only has one grade of CWO24A. ASTM B88M also has only one grade of C1220O.
②In terms of mechanical properties, ENIO57 and ASTM B88M both have hardness requirements, which are not adopted in this standard.
③In terms of process performance, the ENIO57 standard specifies the flaring test, the bending test, and the crimping test. , ASTM B88M specifies the flaring test, flattening test, this standard specifies the flaring test or flattening test and bending test.
④The high-precision grade of this standard is basically equivalent to ENIO57 and ASTM B88M in terms of the allowable deviation of outer diameter. Class accuracy is slightly lower. The allowable deviation of wall thickness is equivalent to ENIO57 and ASTM B88M.
⑤The diameter size (nominal inner diameter) is specified, and the Japanese standard also makes regulations, but the ENIO57 standard and the United States do not.
⑥The maximum pipe material is given. Work pressure indicators are not specified by foreign standards. Appendix A of this standard is an appendix to the standard. This standard was proposed by the National Nonferrous Metals Industry Bureau. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standards Metrology and Quality Institute. This standard is issued by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standards Institute of Metrology and Quality.
The Institute of Metrology and Quality of Metal Industry Standards, Shanghai Zhonghe Copper Tube Industry Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Dongli Gaobao Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. were responsible for drafting. This standard was drafted with the assistance of the International Copper Association. This standard was drafted by Luoyang Copper Processing Group Co., Ltd. , Shenyang Non-ferrous Metal Processing Plant, Shanghai Shenma Group Company, Xinxiang Oxygen-Free Copper Plant, Jiangxi Non-ferrous Smelting and Processing Plant, Tianli Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard: Yang Lijuan, Qian Qiaopeng, Wu Zhe Min, Fan Shunke, Jiang Chunrong, Meng Huijuan, Sui Yi, Liu Guosheng. 1 Scope This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage for drawing seamless steel pipes and copper air pipes. This standard applies to transportation. Seamless round copper pipes for drinking water, sanitary water, civil natural gas, gas, oxygen, and other media that have no corrosive effect on copper, with a nominal outer diameter not greater than 219 mm. Copper water pipes are generally welded, flared or compressed Connected with pipe joints.
