Branded ‘2L-SRC Compact’ and numbered ‘1ED32xx’, 10 and 18A versions are available (see table), with or without Miller clamps.
Dual slew-rates are controlled by a single pin (/INF).
All members of the family have two complete output stages: ‘OUT’ is always active, while the other output operates at the same time only when /INF is held low. In ‘standard’ versions of the IC (see table below) this second output operates in synch with the main output, but only for turn-on with Miller-clamped versions.
“The 1ED32xx family optimises the gate driver circuit to balance the reduction of dv/dt and electromagnetic interference during start-up and light-load operation, as well as minimises switching losses during high-load operation,” according to the company. “It also includes a Miller clamp that is highly recommended for power switches that use 0V turn-off to avoid parasitic turn-on.” – The output side supports negative gate voltage operation, which helps to avoid a parasitic turn-on during off-state.
2L-SRC Compact gate drivers come in an 8mm wide-bodied package
Two power supplies are needed: typically 3.3 to 15V (specifications are at 5V) on the input side and nominally 15V on the output side. Independent under-voltage lock-outs operate at ~2.75 and ~11.3V respectively.
Isolation is certified to UL 1577 and VDE 0884-11 – VDE is reinforced to 1,767 V.

Applications are foreseen in the 1,700V industrial drives as well as solar power converters, uninterruptible power supplies and electric vehicle charging.
The evaluation boards are in the pieline: EVAL-1ED3241MX12H and EVAL-1ED3251MX12H.
